Stocking Athletics provides expert training and instruction for both athletes training for sports and the everyday person looking to increase their fitness levels. 


We take athletic training and make it accessible for our clients. Whether you are a professional athlete  looking to develop more power, explosiveness  and speed, or  a stay at home mom looking to get back into your high school jeans, we can teach you the right way to train based on your individual fitness level and experience.

Athletic Development and Strength Training Fundamentals Seminars.











We are excited to announce that we putting on three, two day Athletic Development and Strength Training Fundamentals seminars. 
The dates are April 10&11, May 15&16, and June 26&27.
Through our own personal training in addition to working with countless Collegiate, Professional and Olympic athletes, including gold and silver medalists in the Beijing Olympics, Charles and I have acquired a strong body of knowledge and experience in what it takes to truly excel in the athletic world. We now wish to give back to the Athletic community of Livermore and help high school athletes of the tri-valley area to reach their true athletic potential.
We want to educate high school athletes and coaches on how professional athletes train and what it takes to develop a truly elite level of athleticism.
Through our seminar, athletes and coaches will learn:
·       The best exercises for preventing 
         hamstring pulls and ELIMINATING
         Knee Pain!
·       How to increase your bench press 
         with one simple trick,
·       How to add inches to your vertical 
        and broad jump, by releasing your 
        body’s natural “breaks.”
·       How to organize your workout 
        for balanced muscular 
        development and permanently 
         eliminate overuse injuries.
·       How to increase your bench, push ups, 
        pull-ups etc,  with a simple and 
        foolproof progressions.
·       Two simple exercises that STOP Back Pain.
